Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Description of the damage

We will review your request and provide instructions for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
